The Local Global Initiative or LGI is a student-led organization dedicated to fostering Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion while promoting cultural inclusivity within student communities. LGI was established to bridge the disconnects often found in student bodies surrounding cultural discrepancies and misunderstandings. The organization’s mission is rooted in creating a movement led by students to unite diverse cultural communities, encourage mutual understanding, and celebrate differences.
